1. Marginal VAT or standard VAT or reverse VAT?
Our price is not including VAT, so if you need our VAT number to claim VAT then the price will be different. It’s reverse VAT.
2. How long is warranty period covered?
We provide 60 days warranty.
3. Payment method?
We accept Bank transfer and PayPal(Extra 3% PayPal fee will be charged.)
4. Shipping methods and fees?
For EU client: We ship from UK warehouse by DHL which normally takes 3-5 business days to arrive and costs €15 for under 20 pieces phones.
For UK client: We ship from UK warehouse within UK by DPD which normally takes 1-2 business days to arrive and costs ￡10 for under 50 pieces phones.
5. Any MOQ? Does 1pc sample order acceptable?
Our MOQ is 100pcs per model, however for the new client, we can permit u to test 1pcs as a start.
6. Where our warehouse located in?
We have warehouses in the United Kingdom、France、Italy、Germany、USA and Hong Kong.
7. Phones are unlocked and working?
Yes. Each of our phones has been fully tested by our professional technician and phone testing software as well. All phones are *unlocked*, *SIM-Free*, clean, *100% works* no contracts and ready to go.
8. How to place order?
To place order, clients tell us what models they need through WhatsApp, Via Email or on Facebook etc. and what payment method would they like to pay through, we accept Bank transfer and PayPal(Extra 3% PayPal fee will be charged.). Then provide us billing info( Please note us if the billing address is different from shipping address.) such as company name and address/shipping address, Email address, Phone number to fulfill the invoice.
Make a payment according to the invoice and forward us with bank slip or transaction ID of PayPal, we arrange shipping once we receive the payment.
9. When will order be shipped?
After receiving your payment, will arrange shipping for you.
