If you found functional issues in our products, (which will be merely happened). You can reach us by email with video or screencap to show the issues you’ve found. Our technicians will help you step by step. We provide products according to our gradings. Please read carefully the descriptions before you purchase.

***14 DAYS warranty is NOT applicable for special price phones. Please contact your sales for more details.

If you would like to order from us, we have 2 options for transaction:

Paypal – a valid paypal account – delivery address must be the same as the paypal account address. Please note that there is 3.5% surcharged by Paypal.

OR

We accept bank transfers in three currencies: EUR, GBP, USD.

You can tell the salesperson the currency you want to pay when placing an order.

We will arrange shipping within 2 days once the payment is checked cleared by our account department. Notice of delivery will be sent to you via livechat / whatsapp, we will provide a tracking number as soon as we received from delivery service partner.
For shipping time: 5-7 office days, depends on location.
For shipping fee:
EU 45EUR for under 5pcs phones

For bulk order please leave your contact details and interested items, our account manager will contact you within 24-48 business hours.

Our Moq for regular wholesale order is 30pcs, however, for the new client, we provide sample order as minimum as 3-5 pcs.

Yes. Each of our phones has been fully tested by our professional technician and phone testing software as well. All phones are *unlocked*, *SIM-Free*, clean, *100% works* no contracts and ready to go.

Firstly, please confirm the details: model, capacity, grade and the qty you’d like to take via livechat / Facebook / website registration / email, etc. Then please provide your billing info so we could generate an invoice / a bill to confirm your order.

After you’ve settle your transaction successfully, please notify us for a accounting confirmation.
You have to reconfirm the delivery information. We will not be responsible for a wrong or invalid delivery address.
